Expert Training Programs
John Townsend and Michael Colaner are Expert Transportation Consultants who advise, audit, and train personnel for some of North America's largest motor carriers. Specifically, we provide comprehensive training to supervisors, drivers, mechanics, authorized/registered inspectors, and design engineers in all aspects of the transportation and hazmat industry. Our training programs are designed to enhance safety, improve compliance, and increase efficiency in your operations.
Our comprehensive training offerings cover a wide range of areas, ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles. Collectively, we bring over 55 years of Law Enforcement experience, of which 45 of those years were dedicated to the Commercial Vehicle field for the New Jersey State Police. As retired New Jersey State Troopers, we worked in all aspects of the Transportation Safety Bureau, specifically by conducting Commercial Vehicle, Hazmat inspections, Compliance Reviews, and Training.
We have served as representatives for New Jersey and were committee members of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) and Cooperative Hazardous Materials Enforcement Development (COHMED). Together, we supervised the Hazardous Material Transportation Enforcement Unit and the Mobile Safe Freight Training Unit. Our areas of expertise include Hazardous Material Transportation Enforcement, Safe Freight Training, and SOP regulations.
